INTELLINET PRESIDENT APPOINTED TO 1998 MICROSOFT CERTIFIED SOLUTION PROVIDER PARTNER ADVISORY COUNCIL

Intellinet One of Only 21 MCSPs in North America Represented on Council this Year

Atlanta, Ga. (March 31, 1998) -- Frank Bell, president and chief operating officer of Intellinet, the Southeast's leading Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (MCSP) Partner, was recently appointed to the 1998 MCSP Partner Advisory Council.

Bell was selected by key Microsoft Southeast executives to serve on the council through December 1998 along with 20 other MCSP Partner principals from throughout North America. Intellinet is one of only two MCSPs in the Southeast district represented on the prestigious council this year.

"Frank Bell has a keen understanding of what works and what doesn't in the MCSP program,' said Frank Paterson, Microsoft Southeast district's organization customer unit manager. "With his exceptional business knowledge and technical expertise, he has grown Intellinet into a successful MCSP. These are the types of qualities we look for in an organization to bring real leadership and tremendous value to the future growth and development of the Microsoft Certified Solution Provider program."

MCSPs are independent organizations working with Microsoft that include a wide range of companies and individuals, such as system integrators and installation experts, VARs, developers, consultants and technical support and training organizations. They add value by offering their customers a full range of services, such as vertical and horizontal solutions, line-of-business applications, and client-server implementation and systems integration, including multi-vendor expertise and training. The MCSP Partner Advisory Council is a select group that works closely with Microsoft to provide guidance on key issues that ultimately shape Microsoft's channel-based strategy for delivering customer solutions and services.

"I am very honored to participate in the guidance of the MCSP program," said Bell. "This is an extraordinary opportunity for me and Intellinet to contribute to the success of MCSPs across North America and strengthen our partnership with Microsoft."

Bell is one of the Southeast's most successful young entrepreneurs. In addition to founding and leading Intellinet, he is a board member of Stetson University's Business School as well as a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, the 1 Percent Club and the High-Tech Executive Prayer Breakfast Host Committee.
